Cains Parking Lot Services started out in June of 1994 by Troy & Kelly Cain along with life long friend Mike Krzycki with one truck and one pressure washing unit. Prior to starting Cains, Troy Cain served time in the USMC and worked as a buyer in the produce industry. Kelly Cain worked with Alaska Airlines and Mike worked in construction sales. Over time the company expanded and moved to commercial sweeping and pressure washing, along with winter services such as snow plowing and de-icing for shopping centers across Washington. In 2011 with Joey Hollenbeck after his career in the NFL with the Seahawks the company began vactor work cleaning storm systems as well as work with many construction companies locating underground utilities and in the process founded Garnet Recyclers of Washington (G.R.O.W), which specializes in the recycling of water jet garnet for the aerospace industry. Garnet Recyclers is proudly partnered with GMA, a company based in Australia that reaches worldwide in the garnet industry.
